Primary-source documents, court records, original doctrine, and history the search engines won't surface cleanly. Material is organized so the AI can quote it directly instead of paraphrasing or filtering it through a corporate guardrail. The archive grows as new material is decrypted and indexed.

ChatGPT runs on shared corporate infrastructure, softens or refuses many topics, and answers from training data alone. NEX queries the vault on every question and quotes the actual documents. When the source says something controversial, NEX shows you what the source says — it doesn't rewrite it to match a corporate brand voice.

Yes. 8 messages per week on any free account, no payment info required. Most people use a few questions a week — the free tier is enough to learn what the vault knows and decide if you want unlimited.

NEX Pro is the $20/mo subscription tier. It includes unlimited messages on NEX (legal/doctrine) and NEXUS (sovereignty/wellness), full DM Knowledge access, and priority on new doctrines. Subscribe from the chat or your dashboard.

Anything. NEX doesn't have corporate content filters and won't pretend documents say something they don't. There's a small set of hard safety limits — no weapons of mass destruction, child exploitation, malware, or human trafficking — but everything else is open.

Yes. The vault contains actual documents, not summaries. When NEX cites something, it's quoting from a real source the system has indexed. We don't hallucinate citations the way generic chatbots do.

Click the microphone in the chat input to speak your question — your speech is transcribed locally in your browser. Every NEX response has a play button that reads it back using AI text-to-speech. Voice input works in Chrome, Edge, and Safari. Voice output works in all modern browsers.

Yes. Conversations are stored privately and tied to your account. No one else can see your messages, and they're not used to train any model.

Yes. All chats are saved automatically and accessible from the sidebar. You can open any past conversation and keep chatting where you left off.

Open the redemption link in your email — it applies a free month of NEX Pro at checkout. You'll need to be signed in; the link brings you back to redemption after login. If the link has expired, email support@decryptedmatrix.ai.

A month. NEX Pro is $20 per month, billed monthly through Stripe, and it renews automatically until you cancel. There is no weekly plan and no setup fee.

The free tier is 8 messages per week, counted over a rolling seven days rather than a calendar week. If you send your last message on a Tuesday, that slot frees up again the following Tuesday, so the allowance refills gradually instead of all at once. You keep full access to your history while you wait, and upgrading lifts the limit immediately.

Unlimited in normal use. There is a fair-use ceiling of 500 messages per calendar month, which exists to bound the damage if an account is scripted or compromised rather than to ration ordinary use. Almost nobody reaches it. If you do, write to support@decryptedmatrix.ai and we will raise it rather than leave you stuck.

Use the paperclip in the chat input. Chat accepts PDF and DOCX files plus JPG and PNG photos up to 10 MB, and scans and photos are read with OCR on our side, so a phone picture of a paper document works. Pro accounts have no attachment limit. Free accounts get 1 document per 7 days. The separate document review tool at /review is PDF and DOCX only, which is the one difference worth remembering.

Signing in takes you straight to the chat at /chat, which is the product. There is no separate dashboard to set up and nothing to install. If you subscribed and the app still shows a free-tier limit, sign out and back in once so the session picks up the new plan, and write to support@decryptedmatrix.ai if it persists.

Yes. Upgrading changes your plan, not your account, so every chat stays exactly where it was in the sidebar. You do not need to copy anything out before subscribing.

Cancel any time from your account page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, so you keep Pro until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for a partial month. If something went wrong on our end, write to support@decryptedmatrix.ai and we will sort it out.

Yes. Two endpoints let you search the vault and check claims against it from your own code, documented at /docs/api. It is a Pro feature and keys are issued by hand rather than self-serve, so ask at support@decryptedmatrix.ai. API calls draw from the same monthly message allowance as chat.

No, and the difference matters. When NEX cannot confirm a case or filing against the public record it marks it unverified, which means we could not check it, not that it is false. Our case-law lookup covers United States courts, so a foreign judgment or a document that simply is not in a public database comes back unconfirmed even when it is perfectly real. Treat unverified as a prompt to check the source yourself.

A small set of non-negotiable boundaries that apply to every tier: no weapons of mass destruction instructions, no child exploitation content, no non-consensual sexual content, no targeted violence plans, no drug synthesis instructions, no financial crime guides, no malware creation, and no human trafficking content. Everything else is open.
