Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Decrypted Matrix ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nexus AI platform at www.decryptedmatrix.ai. Nexus provides on-demand access to an uncensored AI knowledge assistant running on dedicated GPU hardware. Users prepay for credits that are consumed during GPU-powered chat sessions.

2. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • You must provide a valid email address and accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Credits and Payment

  • Credits are purchased in advance through Stripe at a rate of $10 per credit (1 credit = 1 hour of dedicated GPU time).
  • Credits are non-refundable except in cases where the service fails to deliver a session due to a technical error on our end. In such cases, credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Credits do not expire but may be forfeited upon account termination for violations of these terms.
  • GPU sessions are billed for the full duration booked, regardless of actual usage within that window.
  • All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Nexus platform to:

  • Engage in or facilitate any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Generate content involving the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) in any form.
  • Create instructions for weapons of mass destruction (biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological).
  • Plan or incite targeted violence against specific individuals or groups.
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform's safety systems or content limits.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without prior written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' sessions.

5. Content and AI Responses

The Nexus AI is designed to operate with fewer content restrictions than mainstream AI services. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The AI may produce responses that are controversial, unconventional, or unexpected. You use the service at your own discretion.
  • AI-generated responses are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You should not rely on them for critical decisions.
  • The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or misleading information. You are responsible for verifying any claims.
  • We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any content generated by the AI during your sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain ownership of the messages and prompts you submit. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your input or the AI's responses to your queries.
  • Our platform: The Nexus platform, including its design, code, branding, and infrastructure, is the property of Decrypted Matrix. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.
  • We do not use your chat content to train AI models.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • GPU availability depends on cloud infrastructure capacity and may be subject to occasional shortages.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decrypted Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@decryptedmatrix.ai.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund of remaining credits.
  • Upon termination, your chat history and account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Decrypted Matrix operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
